HCM's Investment Management Program Offerings
Heritage offers three different types of investment management programs designed for individual investors:
Flexible Growth ETF Programs:
Growth oriented asset allocation programs using Exchange Traded Funds seeking "Absolute Returns."
Individual Equity Management Programs:
Actively managed programs investing in individual stocks
Risk Management Programs For Funds and VA's: Conservatively managed risk management programs at selected mutual funds and varialble annuities
Flexible Growth ETF Programs
Our Flexible Growth Programs are actively managed strategies for growth oriented investors seeking "absolute returns." All three programs utilize ETF securities.
HCM’s Risk Management Systems are incorporated in order to keep portfolio’s "in-tune" with market conditions at all times. HCM strives to reduce exposure to market risk during negative environments. HCM offers the following Flexible Growth ETF models:
Individual Equity Management Programs
Actively managed, growth oriented stock models designed to “own the best and ignore the rest.” In short, our objective is to own the top rated stocks in terms of earnings strength and company and industry performance (as determined by HCM’s equity rating system). Our individual equity models provide institutional stock management strategies to individual investors. Through the use of a computerized trading platform and custodial accounts at Trust Company of America, we are able to implement strategies that once required very large minimum account sizes with as little as $25,000. HCM offers the following stock management programs:
Risk Management Programs for Mutual Funds and VA's
Conservatively managed risk management programs offered for selected mutual funds and variable annuities. Clients invest directly at the Mutual Fund or Variable Annuities and then add HCM's management services to the account as a third-party adviser. While there are never any guarantees in investing, our goal is to keep clients mostly invested in their chosen fund during positive market environments and to increase money market exposure when, in our opinion, risk levels are elevated.
