Data Collected on Website
Heritage collects contact information and other relevant data on our website from prospective clients in order to provide them with the information they have requested. The information collected comes from individuals who have specifically requested information on Heritage's services through HCM's website or other advertising.

The information you may choose to provide includes any or all of the following: email address, name, postal address, and phone number. We will only disclose information you provide us or send you information you have authorized us to do so. Heritage does not disclose any personal information about our clients or former clients without the client's authorization, except as permitted by law.

Email and Online Advertising
Heritage may sponsor third party email advertising of its services. All email ads will be in full compliance with the CAN SPAM Act of 2003. In order to receive email content from Heritage through a third party advertiser, the recipient of the email would have had to subscribe to the content provider's subscription service or otherwise "opted-in" to their email list allowing the provider to send relevant promotional content from advertisers. As advertisers, HCM does not gain access to the provider's email list or contact information and HCM does not supply data from our database. Instead, the online publisher distributes our ad content on our behalf. If you receive HCM's content through a third party, you may unsubscribe or "opt-out" through the respective publisher.

HCM may sponsor online advertisements. Our ads are designed to be in full compliance with Internet, advertising, and industry regulations and standards. The delivery of our online ads is controlled by the online publisher.

HCM Marketing
All individuals requesting information about HCM's investment programs will be receive email and/or postal mail in response to their request. Individuals may receive subsequent periodic information from HCM on new products and/or services.
